INTELLIGENT KEYBOX

-          Stores the keys, identifies the keys with radiofrequency.

-          Inhibit the unauthorized key remove

-          Records the key remove

-          Identifies the key removing person, and the time of key return

-          The identification can happen in different ways: proximity card, biometric reader, Pin code, etc.

-          A person can get only the for him authorized key

-          If the wanted key is not on his place the LCD display shows who and when had removed the key

-          If the key is in the key-box the display shows the place number and a red LED lights over the key

-          At the removing the solenoid breaks the fastening for 5 seconds and the key can be  removed

-          The box can be connected to a PC

-          Every event related with the key is recorded and can be edited, the usage of the key can be followed

-          The key’s status can be verified via PC network (who and when took off the company’s car, what is his mobile number)

-          The box is supplied with UPS, so it works also in case of power failure, 24 hours on stand-by (when the key bolt does not release), 2 hours with continuous function.

-          The basic box with control unit is for 50 keys, which can be increased with further 50 keys up to 800 keys

-         Registration of 3000 workers, with 3000 identification. One worker can get more identification.

-          In case of illegal key use and door opening the box emits an alarm sound.

-          The box can be operated in two ways: as a single device, or with PC control and operator software. (in the last case can predominate the event record)

-          The user authority can be the following, only for key take off; for event reading; for event reading and database access; programming authority

-          Key take off time limit in 3 way:          

·         No time limit

·         Weekly working order: a defined key or key group can be take off only by the authorized person(s) on the defined day of the week and defined day period.

·         Varying working order:  a defined key or a key group can be take off by the authorized person(s) in the defined day period of the year defined in the authorization. The actual entitlement is valid only once, after this is cancelled. The entitlement for next days always must be uploaded.

The basic component of the system is the software, which guarantees the control of database, the set up of the entitlements, the statement and statistics making.
